Incredible 2000 BMW E39 M5! Only 24,000 miles from new. Imola Red over Imola Red/Black extended leather. 1 of 17 produced for the North American market in this color combo and almost certainly the lowest mileage. First owner held the car until 2018. I purchased 05/2018. Exterior: Imola Red. Dinan exhaust. Dinan cold air intake. Some minor paint flaws, including some rock chips. Just professionally detailed on 2/6/19. Interior: Imola Red/Black extended leather. All original. Only sign of wear is on driver's bolster. Side rear sunshades (manual) and electric rear sunshade. Seat heaters Rare and low mileage E39's have only been going up in value. Especially since the sale of the super lower mileage car at the RM auction in Monterey in August 2018 for ~152,000. This is arguably the most desirable and rare color combination. Pictures do not do it justice. This is my 2nd E39 and while I love the car I feel bad driving it as much as I do (I have put nearly 2200 miles on the car since May 2018) and it is ready for a new owner to enjoy and maintain. I have receipts since I purchased the car + a few additional documents from previous owner. I have replaced air mass meters as well as the ribbon for the instrument cluster to resolve dead pixels. A PPI was performed May 14, 2018 at Dougherty Automotive in West Chester, PA. I have this paperwork as well. New PPI's welcomed and encouraged. Buckhead AutoSport in Atlanta has maintained and serviced the car during my ownership. I do not need/want help selling and I do not need to sell the car. No brokers. No low ball offers. This 2000 BMW M5 was sold new by Chapman BMW in Scottsdale, Arizona. The seller acquired the car two years ago and has since driven 10k of the 103k indicated miles. The car is finished in Jet Black over black Nappa leather and is equipped with a 4.9-liter S62 V8 paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Modifications include a muffler-delete and Koni Yellow shocks, while maintenance over the last three years included replacing the control arms, subframe bushings, cooling system, ABS module, fuel pump, clutch - flywheel at 52k, and more. This E39 is offered with various records back to new, the original window sticker, books, car cover, first aid kit, a Carfax report, and a clean Kentucky title in the seller’s name. The extensive service records indicate 3 owners. The car retains Style 65 alloy wheels. New front tires were fitted in the last year, though the seller notes the rears should be replaced. Koni adjustable shock absorbers are fitted all around and new front control arms were recently installed. Instrumentation includes an 8k-rpm tachometer and 180-mph speedometer, as well as gauges for water temperature and oil temperature. The odometer shows approximately 103k miles, about 10k of which have been added by the seller over the last two years. The cabin is trimmed in black Nappa leather with wood accents. Features include an Alcantara headliner, heated and powered seats with lumbar support, a multi-function steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, onboard computer, and more. The ABS light is currently illuminated, reportedly due to faulty wheel speed and brake wear sensors. Interior blower fan is intermittent due to faulty FSU. The front window regulators were recently replaced and the seller notes several burnt dash pixels The 4.9-liter S62 V8 produced 394 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and 369 lb-ft of torque at 3,800 rpm when new. Power is sent through a factory Getrag 420G 6-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. Maintenance since 2015 included the installation of new valve cover gaskets, an ABS module, a fuel pump and filter, and thermostat. The seller states records since new will accompany the sale. 1991 BMW M5146,xxx MilesClean title The M5 exterior has been fully restored. The outside condition of the car is a 10/10 mint and flawless except for curb rash on some of the wheels and the tires will need to be replaced soon. The car has matching Vin stickers on every single panel of the car (everything is original). The interior is decent but needs some work mainly the seats other then that its fine. The sport seats were swapped out by the first owner for luxury seats back in the 90's. The swap was done by the dealer and was fully documented. There is no radio head unit in the car at the moment, but it does come with a original BMW factory radio. I never got a chance to install because when I purchased the car it came with an after market stereo so I purchased an original BMW unit but never put it in. She also comes with the original window sticker, original factory key, and original factory BMW alarm keyless entry remote. I also have every single record from 1991-2014. Once I took ownership of the car a lot of the services were done by me so after 2014 there are no more records. The car has Dinan Performance Software (chip), and Dinan Front suspension. The car is very healthy, the clutch feels good. It shift through all the gears with no issues. I just installed a new clutch slave cylinder. The fluids were recently changed along with the belts. The car is healthy and in the last month I drove it about 150 miles, but it does need to be tuned up to make it perfect. I spent over 10k on the exterior restoration, my original plan was once I was finished with the exterior I would make the interior perfect and then move on and tinker out mechanical stuff. Since the car drives good. I just drove it the way it is and never got to doing the other stuff on my list. The car is super fun to the drive. The original Factory S38 engine purrs while accelerating and feel exactly how it was designed like a real race engine. This was the last hand built bmw and I know the values will keep increasing but I need to sell the car for personal reason and I know I will regret it down the line.
